The PEACEFUL BLISSFUL YOGA SPRING CLEANSING RETREAT is an inspiring day focused on self development and holistic cleansing for health & longevity through Yoga Practices, Raw Food & Theta Healing.
Spring time is synonymous with cleansing and awakening of the life force within all living beings. Learn how cleansing leads to longevity and happy, healthy, joyful and fulfilling life. This is the perfect time to do it, as Nature intends it!
We begin the day with a Sun Power Yoga workshop session in the morning suitable for beginners who are already familiar with Yoga to intermediate students. We will be analyzing in depth some of the Asanas and Yogic practices related to cleansing body and mind. We offer individual attention and hands on adjustments to ensure that all students understand and perform the poses correctly and safely in order to gain maximum benefits from their practice. The session will open with Pranayama Breathing, progress into Vinyasa Krama Practice and end with Yoga Nidra Relaxation.
This workshop offers tools and tips which, if applied to student’s daily Yoga practice, would enrich it and add deeper understanding, meaning and new sense of enjoyment to it. This time we will be focusing on the aspects of Yoga practice related to cleansing and detoxification on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. We will also learn about modern applications of Kryia Yoga – the Yoga of cleansing.
Lunch will take place in a form of interactive Raw Food Class. Raw Superfood Menu will be served along with lecture about the benefits and use of specific foods such as:
- spring water in your kitchen
- coconut in all forms with focus on coconut oil and its health benefits
- sprouting made easy and wonderful benefits of living foods
- detoxifying green juices
- amazing seaweeds and how to eat them raw
- micro-algae: chlorella, spirulina & blue-green algae and their role in detoxification
- healing power of sulfur
- magnesium for health and its sources
- importance of dietary fiber
- healthy body ecosystem: fermented foods, kambucha & kefir, how to make them at home
- when to cleanse & how to cleanse
- foods to favor and avoid during cleansing
- how to recognize healing crisis and how to deal with it
This presentation will contain demonstrations, nutritional information, discussion on super foods, teaching you recipes and tips on how to incorporate healthy cleansing diet into your daily life through out the year.
This part of the day also offers invaluable practical information and advice which are easy to apply and incorporate into any health enthusiast’s daily routines and easy to share with family and friends.
For the afternoon there will be a Theta Healing group session with DNA Activation and Youth & Vitality Chromosomes Activation and downloads related to health and cleansing.

We perceive Yoga as Union and choose a Yogic holistic approach to the experience of life. Swami Vishnudevananda condensed the essence of the Yoga teachings into five principles:

Through conscious awareness of those principles and by adhering to them in daily life one can achieve physical, mental and spiritual health, wellbeing and growth for ourselves and all those around us.
During Peaceful Blissful Yoga Retreat Day you will deepen your understanding and practice of all those interrelated aspects of living Yoga which we believe to be the essence of healthy, happy and vibrant lifestyle. We see the meaning of Shivananda tradition principles listed above as guidelines to conscious awaken living accessible to all who are willing to embrace it.
We will cover all those aspects in this complete workshop as we dive deep into practical exploration of ourselves on all levels of our being and begin to see cleansing as a multidimensional tool for awakening.

2012 - THE YEAR OF THE DRAGON

2012, the Year of the Dragon, a moment in time long anticipated by our ancestors and much speculated about by present generations, is upon us. There are myriad of prophecies from around the world regarding this time and it can become a real brain candy if we let it do so…On the other hand, we can embrace the wonderful opportunity we are being presented with and choose to listen to the voice of our hearts and our intuition in order to engage in the process of powerful creation.
All that has been told and prophesied throughout the ages about 2012 has something in common. In one way or another all those messages, arriving to us over time and space, remind us that we, as individuals, as collective consciousness and as part of the Earth ecosystem, are standing at a magnificent doorway to greatly significant and exciting change. The time we are living in marks a shift in our understanding of ourselves and of the world around us, an advancement in our conscious evolution, an ending of one cycle and a beginning of a new one….
Everything is energy and the vibration of that energy is raising. Today we can make a conscious, heart felt decision to embrace this change and ride it like a wave, without resistance, with trust and confidence, being carried effortless into a new era of understanding, a new paradigm. The old paradigms are shifting whether we want and understand it or not but we have choice as to how we respond to it. Conscious lifestyle and conscious choices in all eras of our existence: material, physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual and relational is a great tool available to us. By being conscious, awake and aware creators of our individual lives we can become active and significant co-creators of the world we live in.
We are the ones we have been waiting for, living in possibly the most exciting era ever and may consider ourselves blessed to incarnate in our physical form here and now. Lets remember that we are spiritual beings having a physical experience, that we are all great and magnificent beings without beginning and end. Lets assume full responsibility for our thoughts and the wondrous magical act of creation which each and every thought is birthing; lets be mindful of our actions, loving and respectful towards ourselves, others and the world around us at all times and more then anything lets always remember YOGA as UNION reminding ourselves that we and all the world around us are ONE. PEACEFUL BLISSFUL RAW WINTER RECIPES

Enjoy healthy uplifting winter holidays with yummy, light, wholesome and nutritious gourmet food. Peaceful Blissful Raw Winter Recipes offer vibrant energy, excite all senses and invigorate body, mind & spirit; keeping all family away from the couch, energized & excited to move around & play, light and happy!
For best results and maximum benefits use all organic ingredients if possible.
REJUVENATING RAW CHOCOLATE, SPIRULINA, MACA & GOJI SUPERFOOD SMOOTHIE:
In 2l blender (preferably Vitamix):
- 3 tbsp (45gr.) raw cacao nibs or powder
- 1 tbsp (15gr.) raw coconut oil (butter)
- 2 tbsp (30 gr.) raw goji berry
- 1 tsp (5gr.) raw maca powder
- 1 fruit of your choice (example: apple or pear or 1/4 pineapple or 1/2 mango)
- 1 pint of the best water you can find / or fresh orange juice / or half water half juice (please experiment with it and have fun creating your favorite)
- 1 tsp (5gr.) raw stevia powder (your best choice)/ or raw honey (2nd best choice)/ or muscovado dark sugar (3rd best choice)
Blitz till smooth & pour in a glass, then add:
- 1/2 tsp (2.5gr.) spirulina
- 1tbsp (15gr.) flaked cacao butter (use a knife to flake it)
Mix well and enjoy!…
RAW CARROT, CORIANDER & CASHEW NUTS WARMING & NOURISHING SOUP WITH EXTRA VIRGIN COCONUT OIL
(10 portions of 200ml each)
In 2l blender (preferably Vitamix):
- 4 carrots - piled & diced
- 1/2 medium onion - piled & diced
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 cups unroasted cashew nut
- 2 tbs coriander - chopped
- 1 tbs rosemary - chopped
- 1tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1tsp kelp powder
- 1/2 tsp asafoetida powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp fine Himalaya salt
- 1/2 turmeric powder
- 1 star anise
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
- 2 pints of spring water or best water available
Blend for 2 min at high speed. Best keep below 46C to ensure that soup remains raw and enigmatically active, use food thermometer to check temperature if available.
RAW SUPERFOOD, CARAWAY & BABY PLUM TOMATOES WINTER BREAD WITH SPIRULINA, CHIA, PUMPKIN & SUNFLOWER SEEDS
(30 portions of 2 pieces each)
Spiralise:
- 2 carrots
- 1 beetroot
Julienne:
- 1/2green cabbage
Chop:
- 2 garlic cloves
Bind these ingredients with:
- 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbs caraway seeds
- 1tbs chopped rosemary
- 1 tsp fine Himalaya salt
- 2 tsp green spirulina powder
Divide the mix in dehydrator trays and dehydrate for 12h - 18h @ 42C.
Cut in half:
- 50 baby plum tomatoes
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with chopped rosemary, fine Himalaya salt and black pepper. Place in dehydrator trays and dehydrate for 12h - 18h @ 42C.
Blend in dry blender (preferably Vitamix):
- 2 1/2 cups chia seeds
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp red paprika
- 2 tbsp caraway seeds
- 2 tbsp fennel seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
Bind the mix with all dehydrated vegetables. Shape into 5cm x 3cm x 1cm thick rectangles.
Dehydrate for 6h - 12h @ 42C then turn around and dehydrate for another 1h @ 42C to create yummy bread with a crunchy but moist texture.
REVITALIZING SALAD OF VEGETABLE SPAGHETTI, SPROUTS & CRUNCHY BABY LEAVES, SERVED WITH TAHININNESE & EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL DRESSING
(10 large portions)
- 250g mixed green leaves of your choice (washed & broken by hand)
Sprouts, best homegrown:
- 2 cups mix lentil sprouts
- 2 cups fenugreek sprouts
Peel & spiralise:
- 2 medium beetroots
- 4 large carrots
- 1 butternut squash (top part)
- 1 cucumber
Julienne:
- 3 red bell peppers
- 4 spring onions
Mix all ingredients in big salad bowl.
Tahininnase salad dressing.
Blend (preferably Vitamix):
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp tamari sauce
- 1 cup of spring water or best water available
- fine Himalaya salt to taste
Pour on the salad and mix before serving.
Salad sprinkle.
Mix together:
- 1/2 medium onion (julienned, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil & dehydrated 12h - 18h @ 42C)
- 1/4 medium cauliflower (finely chopped, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil & dehydrated 12h - 18h @ 42C)
- 1 tbsp dehulled hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds (roughly chopped)
- 1 tbs pumpkin seeds (roughly chopped)
Sprinkle on the salad before serving.

- COCONUT MILK - 100g (thick part)

- RAW RAISINS - 150g
- RAW NATURAL HONEY - 45g (use maple syrup or muscovado sugar for vegan version)
Optional super-foods for super truffles:
- MACA POWDER - 5g
- SPIRULINA POWDER - 5g
- CAMU CAMU POWDER - 5g
- LECUMA POWDER - 5g (to dust truffles when ready)
To create the truffles:
- Blend cashews and raisins using any kitchen blender.
- Place all dry ingredients in a 3l container.
- Add honey, coconut milk, coconut oil and cacao butter.
- Mix together with a wooden spoon or spatula till smooth truffle mix is born.
- Shape your truffles into 1 inch diameter balls by hand.
- Roll your truffle balls in the lecuma powder.
- Be creative, use nuts, seeds or dry fruit to decorate your masterpiece.
For best results have fun creating this wonderful healthy dishes, eat consciously, with awareness, love & gratitude.

BEING PRESENT

Atha Yoga anusasanam.
Now the exposition of Yoga is being made.

The restraint of the modifications of the mind stuff is Yoga.

Last weekend we spend wonderful time with Simon Low and fellow Yogis and Yoginis enjoying Simon’s 3 day Yin & Yang Yoga workshop at Triyoga in London.
It was a wonderful experience of deepening and expanding our understanding and practice of the ancient Art & Science of Yoga under the masterful guidance of a great teacher. As we explored the principles of Yin & Yang Yoga we became even more acutely aware of the element of movement within stillness and the element of stillness within movement; inviting this awareness into our lives to enrich and evolve our practice and application of Yogic principles.

WOW, what an amazing weekend at the Peaceful Blissful Yoga Retreat Days! Thank you all for participating and contributing to both of the events, on Saturday 26th November in Ilkley, Happiness Center and on Sunday 27th November in Shipley, Kirkgate Center.
We hope that everyone enjoyed it as much as we did. It was wonderful to meet all of you and share this lovely empowering time with like minded people. We have learned a lot from you all and hope that you in turn learned something from us and are able to take it ‘off the yoga mat’ and into your daily life enriching your own journey and that of those around you.
It has been joy and honor and we look forward to creating more Peaceful Blissful Yoga Retreat Days soon!

HEAVENLY CHOCOLATE - THE FOOD OF THE GODS

‘We have found that cacao expands flexibility creating a feeling of festive relaxation. One of our favorite pass-times is to consume large quantities of cacao (between 20 - 60 beans per person) and then do one or two hours of Yoga. The magnesium and the MAO inhibitors increase physical flexibility and the methylxanthine stimulants add several hours of additional power and strength.’

PEACEFUL BLISSFUL RAW CHOCOLATE & GOJI TRUFFLES
Ingredients, best ORGANIC if you can:
- RAW CACAO POWER - 60g
- RAW CACAO NIBS - 30g
- RAW CACAO BUTTER - 50g (flaked with a knife)
- RAW GOJI BERRIES - 30g
- RAW COCONUT OIL - 30g
- COCONUT MILK - 100g (thick part)
- RAW CASHEW NUTS - 100g
- RAW RAISINS - 150g
- RAW NATURAL HONEY - 45g (use maple syrup or muscovado sugar for vegan version)
Optional super-foods for super truffles:
- MACA POWDER - 5g
- SPIRULINA POWDER - 5g
- CAMU CAMU POWDER - 5g
- LECUMA POWDER - 5g (to dust truffles when ready)
To create the truffles:

11/11/11 INVOCATION

Mother/Father God within the temple of my being, You, The All-knowing Intelligence of this Universe, the Loving Intelligence that created Me and this Universe and this Planet, I offer this prayer to You.
You are the Divine Love, which has supplied this earth with nature and animals, the waters, the elements and the elementals, even the Dark and the Light on behalf of each one of us. Thank You.
You have filled the Heavens and Earth with Your many dimensions of Love, the stars, the moon, the sun and the oceans, with the rhythmic activity of the tides, to assist in bringing us into balance. I now acknowledge Your Presence in all things and inside of me, and I thank You.
You are opening the doorway to the 11-11-11, giving us each an opportunity to change our spirals of evolution and be done with duality and polarity, and I thank You. I will not take this moment in human history lightly. This I know is a magnificent collaboration with You Dear God, and I say yes, and I thank You.
Dear God, help me to collaborate with you more willingly and hear You now in an even deeper way through my heart and my Oneness with You and all You created. Help me step up to awaken fully now, with LOVE, True Love, Sacred Union, and One Heart as my guidance as I do my part to incite an excitement of Unity never before felt on this Planet. Help me to remember there is no other way.
This is the Way. I pray for the strength, courage and wisdom to love myself beyond any of my misperceived limitations.
Dear God thank You for the open doorway on 11-11-11 that leads us deeper into our awakened Oneness and our map into the New World.
I touch my heart, and I know You are here and I know I am here. When I touch my heart, I know We are here, and nothing can separate us. That is Oneness, and that is Love. Just to know You live inside of me, I know how much You love me. Thank You.
I vow to remember that always, always, always do You love me. In that I find my peace and restoration. I say with confidence, I AM LOVED. I AM LOVED. I AM LOVABLE and I AM WORTHY, because I Am, because you created Me and You brought me to Earth to change its history. Dear God, I say thank You, again.
I come to You now to ask only for your grace, for myself and all others. It is a simple prayer. I have no other needs.
Let the peace that passes all understanding descend upon me and all of humanity, on the 11-11-11 and each day thereafter as we open to receive that peace, and the love of all of Creation during this momentous moment in history.
In this moment of history help humanity feel the inrush of love from the Angelic Realm, The Galactic Realm and all of Cosmic Consciousness that is of Your Light and Your Love. Let us feel Your Grace. Let the Master Blueprint be activated, now!
I bless my brothers and my sisters for their plights, their tribulations, and for their courage. From this day forth may we all be reminded to consciously love each other so much that nothing on this Planet will ever be the same, again. Let the suffering end, beginning with me.
In stillness and in confidence, I shall exhibit my peace and my strength as I grace the lives of all I touch, including myself.
I go now, God, to demonstrate you as Me, as One.
And so it is. And so I let it be.
